Parent coaching sessions focus on decreasing stress and chaos in your home by learning new ways to manage challenging situations with your children. The goal of parent coaching is to help you gain confidence in your parenting decisions. Parent coaching also works to improve the relationship between you and your children through the use of brain-based strategies. Parent coaching sessions may last a few weeks or a few months, depending on your specific needs and circumstances. It takes time to change a behavior, and it is easy to fall back into old patterns. As your parent coach, I will collaborate with you and encourage you as you make these changes.
Fees: The fee for the initial consultation is $180 which includes an hour & 15 minute session. Sessions thereafter are $120 for a 50 minute parent coaching session. You may choose to purchase more than one session at a time. A 4-session package is available for $480. Services may be paid for prior to or at time of session via cash or check.
